Про модемы и линию!

Есть стойка с 4мя модемами!
Конфиг такой:

Когда дозваниваешся первый модем берет трубу и выдает login:
Тут же дозваниваешься на другой модем соединение
есть, а в ответ ТИШИНА!
ни логина ни мусора!

В чем проблем ???
