Grouping a few interfaces into one

Hi there!
Guys I have such a question:
There are 3 10Mb eth interfaces on a router.
They are linked into another router.
Is it possible to get full bandwith (30 Mb) from this configuration?
If not perhaps its possible to realize on Linux/*BSD?
